If you are experiencing trouble uploading a photo or having issues selecting a menu option or making a payment, here are some suggestions that might resolve the problem.
If you are experiencing issues with the Krome App, please do the following before contacting Support:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of the app. You can check to see if an update to the Krome App is available within the App Store on your device. Updating to the latest version may solve issues you are experiencing.
- Log out of your Krome account, close the app, restart your phone, then jump in the app once more and log back into your account. Normally a restart will do the trick.
- Uninstall Krome Photos from your phone, then reinstall the app and log in with your existing Krome account. You won't lose your orders; they will reappear once you log in to your account.
Hopefully one of these solutions will fix your issue! If not, please get in touch with Support and we will troubleshoot further. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.
