Q: Why is there a logo or signature on my photo? How do I remove the logo?

We have added the signature feature as a fun way for the customer to customize their orders. However, you are able to disable this feature at your discretion. To turn off before photo completed; go to Menu, click on “Settings”, click on “Signature settings” then uncheck “use Krome logo” and “use signature” and Save changes.
